PROJECT MANAGEMENT

We manage the plan and implementation processes, working with your team members, and any third party providers involved. We do this by adhering to project timelines, hosting cross-team meetings, and making sure that issues are identified and resolved in a timely manner.

Knowledge Transfer

Revise and document your procedures for improvement, consistency and training purposes. We also train your personnel, so they can work independently and monitor day-to-day operations. 

We work with functional owners to establish key performance indicators:

  • Measure performance against objectives
  • Review mechanisms to enable course correction

Supporting tools and systems:

Tier-1 through Tier-3 Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, Data Warehouses, BI / Analytics Solutions, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, and specialized systems such as EHR for healthcare organizations, LIS for laboratories, and CTMS / EDC for clinical study and data management.
